The importance of referees taking cognisance of certain paychological factors concerning players and crowds, and the desirability of referens assisting to educate ignorant players 'as to the correct interpretation of the letter and spirit of football law was the tenor of an address given to the Hongkong Referees" Association by Mr. S. A. Gray (“Veritas") of the Hongkong Telegraph at the Sports Club last evening.
