MAX FACTOR
It's rather difficult, however, to laugh when your powder cakes or appears "mealy" an your face when you go to the big Race Meetings.
·
How uncless this seems to the screen stars! They have discovered a socret that lets them laugh at this nemesis, of attractiveness,
It's ridiculously simple! They just remove the excess powder from their faces with a Face Powder Brush! You see a powder puff packa the powder down while a brush clears the lines of the face of the surplus and leaves an even surface.
This soft white brush is a pert and efficient answer to a brow-creasing problem. After putting on your powder as evenly as possible, the trick is to use the brush lightly and carefully remove all surplus powder
leaving a smooth, velvety Anlab.
Steal a stunt from the stars--I'm sure they won't mind!

THE Air Ministry have placed a very large order with Vickers (Aviation), Limited, for a new type of super-warplane for the Royal Air Force, built on a secret principle so revolutionary that its full significance is not yet clear even to experts.
Hit By Gale
WORLD'S LARGEST SEAPLANE.
SINKS OFF FLORIDA
Faris, Feb. 3.
The world's largest seaplane, the Lieutenant de Vaisseau Paris, way sunk in a gals during the night while riding at anchor in Pensacola Bay, off the Florida coast. No one was on board.
A squall of terrific force suddenly hit the 37-ton 'plane and lifted it into the air. It soared like' kite at the end of its mooring cable, and then overturned, plunging to the bottom of the bay.
The news of the calamity to the machine, which was built for a regular service across the South Atlantic, was received by the Air Ministry in a telegram from the commander, Capt. Bonnot.
Capt. Bonnot stated that attempts were being made to refloat the plane. Later messages, however, revealed that divers' had found that the engines were embedded in the mud and that one wing appeared to be damaged.
The 'plane, which crossed the South Atlantic two weeks ago as a test for a regular service, has 12 double cabins and can carry 30 passengers in comfort approaching that of a liner. She has six engines.

Moving the adoption of the roport and accounts, Dr. Guthrie, a director of the Society, in an account of a visit paid iately to Australia and the Far East, spoke of medical practices in China to-day, where the need for doctors in rural districts, in which there was a poor financial return, was unspeakably great, though there were hospitals and doctors for the

In addition to the menace of commercialism, there Wa3 in Chian no protection of the medical profession such as the General! Medical Council provided in our country.
