New York, Feb. 19. Swan, Culbertson & Fritz Dow summary of yesterday's Jones market: The market to-day was irregular on profit-taking late in the day, based on the setback in utility issues after an advance throughout the day. At the oper ing, the market was very active, with blocks of 1,000 to 20,000 shares changing hands. Canadian Pacific, Curtis Wright, Packard and Stude baker stocks wore heavily traded.
