Tmic-Sergeant J. Scrim appeared for the prosecution and in outlining the facto stated that he received a message about 10 p.m. on January 11 as the result of which he went to the function of Prince Edward and Waterloo Roads, where he saw two cars, one No. 4411 and the 8ther No. 2542

The Arst mentioned car had been travelling along Prince Edward Road towards Kowloon City and the other car had been travelling on Waterloo Read towards the Kowloon Hospital when they collided at the Junction of the two roads.

Fell Out of Car

A third car was coming along Prince Edward Road toward Mongkok and was also damaged.

After the accident Dr. Nicolson fell out of his car and was injured.

Leo Man-yan, cashlor of the Globe Trading Company, testified that about 10 p.m. on January 11 he was driving his uncle's car No. 8717 along Prince Edward Road from Kowloon City towards Yaumati. On nearing the beacon at the junction of Water- loo Road witness saw a car coming from the opposite direction, and af most at the same moment he heard the sound of a horn. Then he saw a car proceeding along Waterloo Road towards the Kowloon Hospital from Kowloon Tong.

Witness stopped about 25 yards away from the beacon on the left side of the road about ten yards from the corner, because he wanted to turn left.
