At present in Hongkong for a few days, before proceeding to Manila and then to Singapore, is Mr. C. J. Chancellor, General Manager in the Far East of Reuters, Ltd. Mr. Chan- cellor has come from Euron- America, and la en route to Singapore to meet Mrs. Chancellor, who is du in that part on March 7 on the N.D.L liner Scharnhorst. With Mrs. Chan- cellor on the Scharnhorst is th youngest member of the Chancellor family, who will greet-bis father for the first time when the vennel reaches Singapore, having been born in England after Mr. Chancellor jest far the East. The Scharnhorst will arrive here on March 10.
