The basis of the calculation is that for the first 10 years the young man curns 3300 a year. Then five years at 8400, five at $500, and 28 at $800. The woman's earnings are assumed to be at the same cale as the man's, but her. maximum of $800 is earned for 10 years instead of 20.
For simplicity we assume she re- mains unmarried.

CENTURIES : OLDER THAN THE BIBLE
Archaeologists excavating the ruined city of Tepe Gawra, in Assyria, which was destroyed 4,000 years before the birth of Christ, have discovered a picture of Adam and Eve 6,000 years old.
The excavators, working under the leadership of Dr. E. A. Speler, of the University of Pennsylvania, had dug down through the ruins of seven cities built on top of each other when they came to another. Here they found the impression of a seal on a amall clay tablet.
This shows a bearded figure with a female figure apparently support ing him. Both are followed by n serpent, indentified by in triango- lar head. It is Adam and Eve and The snake.
Handed Down
It in claimed that the discovery of this seal proves that the Biblical account of the beginning of the earth was being handed down centuries be- fore the chroniclers could put it in
