A wedding of great interest to members of the Far Eastern took place in Shanghai Inst week, when Miss Tata Dsirne, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. Dairne, became the bride of Mr. Ernst Koehler, of Messrs. Kunst and Albero, and son of Mr. and Mrs. E, Koehler. The civil ceremony took place at the German Consulate, before Consul R. C. W. Behrend, followed by the religious ceremony at the German Church. Pas- tor Ewald Krueger was the officiating clergyman. The bride was given away by Mr. Ernst Dsirne, and wore an attractive gown in white satin, made on simple Ines worn with bridal veil, and carried a bouquet of white 'roses. She was attended by her sister, Miss Rita Dsirne, and Miss Hilda Rix. They wore rose and groen tafetta gowns respectively, made on full lines, and carried bouquets of roses, The bride's mother wore a gown of grey silk with hat and accessories to match. The groom was attended by Messrs. Robert DesArt and Gerald Kullman.
