FUSILIERS CHARGED

POLICE COUNT SEQUEL TO

FRACAS IN CITY

A sequel to the fracns in Ice House Street on Sunday night was the ap pearance of Fuller William Erheat Davin, 26, Fusiller Donovan Coombes, 21. Fusilier Edward Dickinson 21, and Fusilier Walter Edward Davion, 25, all of "C" Company, Royal Welch Fusillers, befera Mir. Q. A. A. Mac- fadyen at the Central Police Court yesterday afternoon.

Davis and Coombes were charged with malleiously breaking the plate Willlam glass window of Messrs. Powell's tailoring establishment, Ice House Street.

All the accused. were charged with Assaulting P. C. B402 Parknar Singh, P. C. U6 Dial Singh and W. Tansley, a Police Reservist.

The accused were further charged with damaging Mr. Tansley's cloth- ing and spectacles to the total valus of $33.

The accused pleaded guilty to all the charges.

Detective Sub-Inspector. J. O'Dono vas appeared for the prosecution while Captain Ll. Gwydyr-Jones, of the Royal Welch Fusiliers, was also present in Court.
