FUNERAL OF MRS: LUCY MILLAR AT HAPPY VALLEY-
The funeral of the late * - Mrs. Lucy Millar, widow of the late Mr. | Andrew W, Millar, took place at the Protestant Cemetery, Happy Valley, yesterday afternoon, in the presence of a large gathering of relatives and friends.
The deceased Indy died at the French Hospital, Causeway Day, on Thursday, after a painful illness of several months. She was an ardent Churchwoman, as was testified
by the inrge number of members of the congregation of St. Paul's and St. Mary's Churches present at tho funeral yesterday. She WAR for many years a supporter of the old St. Peter's Church, West Point, and also the Churches of St. Paul, St. Stephen, and St. Mary. She was G1 years of age.
The Rev. Paul S. F. Two, of St. Paul's Church, officinted al the graveside.
The choir of St. Paul's Church were present and preceded the collin to the graveside singing the "Nearer My God to Thee," in Ayun, Chinese. During the burial service, another hymn was sung.
The chief mourners were Mr. and Mrs. G. Millar (son and daughter-in- law), and Bessie and Lucy Miliar (granddaughters).
