National Foreign Trade Council has concluded its annual cor vontion with the adoption of an oficial declaration outlining its views on banking business and Government. policies affecting the revival of world trade.

The declaration calls for a per- manent return to the gold standard, ropeal of the Silver Purchase Act, and a balanced budget. It also favours the resumption of sound foreign lond- ing as an essential function of a credit nation, and condemns measuTCA for restricting farm output.
