The Shanghai Police have ar- rested Peter Young, who is want- ed in Hongkong and Canton on a charge of the embezzlement in | 1933 of $208,000 from his former employers, the Hongkong branch of the Kwangtung Provincial | Bank, Chuter Road.
According to The Shanghai newspapers, Young was recognised from a "wanted" notice issued by the Hongkong Police and was ar- rested in an apartment off the North Szechuen Road.. He was First formally charged in the Special District Court with em- bezzlement and he was remanded for a week...
