MANSLAUGHTER CHARGE

London, Oct. 25. The trial of Lord de Clifford for manslaughter, arising out of a re- cent motoring fatality, will take place in the Royal Gallery at the House of Lords. The date will be announced after the new Parlia- ment meets, declared Lord Hails.
