in Paris of two Chinese accused of passing spurious, allver pieces, the police claim

to have unearthed vast plot on the part of Chinese revolutionaries to flood the world with counterfeit silver coins of all nations.

When the police arrested two Chinese hawkers named Cheu Chou- Chih-aning and Chou choum, it was thought at first to be merely a matter of passing a few home-made ten franc plecov, [but inquiries revealed the plot to

According to the police version of the admissions supposed to have been made by the suspects, counterfeit coins to the value of many hundreds of thousands of pounds have been manufactured by the factory in Shanghai, and this factory appears to have been the source of the counterfeit fcoins circulated in England, France and other countries dur- ing the past three years.

Omaha, Neb. Aug. 30. Physicians watching the condition of Mrs. Wilda Jaeger, 54, who has been slowly turning to atone for the past two years, reported no change here recently,

Mrs. Jaeger, mother of two boys, has been under- going treatment several weeks at the University Hospital for a rare disease which physicians label "Myositis Ossificans." She became ill two years ago at her home in Columbus, Nebraska, and is now com- pletely rigid and has diffi- culty in eating and speak- ing.
