Business of a formal nature was transacted at the monthly meeting of the Hongkong Football Association Council held in the Association's office, King's Building, yesterday afternoon, Major C. M. Manners, Chairman, presiding.

Application to use thu Association's for meetings twice a month and on other occasions as required was approved.

Mr. G. 1, of the Hongkong Foot- bali Club, was appointed Honorary Secretary's Assistant, on the nomina tion of Mr. Manning Railton (Hon. Secretary) approved by the Council.

The meeting also approved of the Hon. Secretary writing to the long- kong Football Club for the use of the open stand during the ensuing
