His continuation in his present; office is due to the fact that no mutually acceptable agreement has yet; been reached. The proposal made by the Hoard has been rejected by Mr. Tobia, while Mr. Tobin's counter- proposal in like-wise not acceptable to: the Trustees. In view of thin dead lock, the situation will remain in station quo until mutually satisfactory arrangements can be arrived at.
