A Refresher Course in Wireless Telegraphy (Theoretical, practical and telegraphy) will be commenced at the Government Wireless School, 1st Floor, G.P.O., about the middle of September next, for existing holders of "Special A. Certificates wishing to qualify for the 2nd Class (Restricted) Corticates. The course is expected to last about two months, and will be limited to twelve candidatos. The usual School fee of $10 per month will be payable, Applications for admission to the Course must reach the above address before the end of August. The exact date of commencement will be notified inter. Refresher Courses will be repeated at convenient intervals during the next twelve months for the benefit of those who cannot be included in the above course,
