No. 2" will be received nt the Colonial Secretary's Office unti Noon of Monday, the 22nd July, 1935, for the occupation for a period of two years commencing from the date of notification of acceptance of tender, of the piece or parcel of ground' as shown coloured red on a plan signed by: the Director of Public Works and dated 28th June, 1935, and subject be to the conditions which

Upset annual fee $2,000.
Each tender must be accom- panied by a receipt to the effect that the tenderer has deposited in the Colonial Treasury a sum of $250 as a pledge of the bona fidea of his offer, which sum shall be the Crown, in the forfeited lo event of the tenderer, whose ten- ider is accepted, refusing to carry out the terms and conditions of his tender.
On the acceptance of a tender the deposits of unsuccessful ten- derers will be returned to them.
Form of tender and further particulars can be obtained from the offer of the Director of Public Works.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the highest or any tender.

H. Muzzall, as the result of an nttack of acute Influenza. The burial took place at sea.
