New York, July 16. The following reports on the New York Stock market have been received through Messrs. Swan, Culbertson & Fritz:

The Wall Street Journal report on yesterday's market:-Stocks to-day declined slightly due to truders being fon the side-line pending some definite indication when Congress will adjourn, The ruling by the Boston realt Court that the Processing Tax was unconstitutional provided the feature for the day although it had no effret on stocks. The announcement, how. ever, caused a decline in Rugar and cofton, but it falled to break comedi- tien had been anticipated, due to the fact that traders were inclined to awalt the result of a test case be fore the Supreme Court. Bonds were ier.gular featured by a sharp break In Italian issues which, however, partially recovered towards the close. Stacks on the Curb Exchange were easier.
