OPENING
LADY SOUTHORN'S SPEECH
Seldom, if ever, has a happier gathering been seen in Hongkong than that at the opening of the Перине Bay Lido by Lady Southern last evening. fundreds of residents attended, and the new building was a cause of delight to all.
