Recently the somewhat startling statement appeared in the Presa that Iceland desired to come under the British flag. This was contra- dicted following a vigorous denial broadcast from Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland,

The Prime Minister is on board the Bruarfoss, which travels between Copenhagen and Iceland, always stopping at Leith for a day and a night.
