The Wall Street Journal report on yesterday's market: Stocks to-day were lower, due to uncertainty garding Tax and Utility legislation. The market displayed some resist. ance near the close. Stocks on the Curl Exchange were also lower. Bols were irregularly lower, notably secondary, railroad issues.
