Mr. Frank Murphy, Governor General of the Philippines, who returned from the United States this week, has fixed September 17

of the Sale by Public Auction to be held on Monday, the 17th day of June, 1935, at 3 p.m., at, the Offices of the Public Works Department, by Order of His Excellency, the Governor of one Lot of Crown Land at Tai Hang Road in the Colony of Hongkong for a term of 75 years, with the option of renewal at a Crown Rent to be axed by the Surveyor of His Majesty the King, for one further term of 75 years.
