Mr. Wang Ching-wei, president of the Executive Yunn, denied a report appearing in the foreign press in Shanghai that a highly important conference, in which Marshal Chiang Kai-shek and General Huang Fu will partici-! pate, will be held at Ilankow to North discuss the situation In Chian.
He declared that the Central Government had decided upon policy in dealing with the North China situation.

It la learned that the Executive Yuan has already nominated certain person to replace General Yu Isach-chung ns Civil Governor of Hopei Province. Formal an- nouncement of the appointment is expected soon. But, what post General Yu Hauch-chung will be transferred to is not yet known- Central News.

Nanking, Jure 6. The Nanking Government has issued a mandate approving, the following appointments:
General Yu Hsuch-chung, Chair- man of the Hopei Provincial Gov- ernment, be relieved of his present duties and reappointed Comman- der of the Bandit-Suppression Forces in the Szechuen. Shensi and Kansu border districts.
Mr. Chang Hou-yuen, Commis- sioner of the Civil Department of the Hopei Provincial Government, be appointed as acting Chairman of the Hopei Provincial Govern- ment.
