In Apito of the unfavourable weather, the first annual athletic meeting of the Railway Recreation Club was held on the dub's ground at Kowloon on Saturday afternoon, when after keen competition the Locomotive Department carried of the Inter-Department Challenge Shield by the margin of one point.

The Locomotive Departinont secur ed first place with a total of 391 points, while the Traffic Department came second with 38% paints, and the Engineering Department third with 7 points.

Li Hung-chuen (Traffle) won the Individual championship, while, Lau Choung (Locomotive) was runner-
