Let's see what has to be done to make this play. All hearts have to be trumped and still a trump muxt bu retained in dummy. Therefore, declarer needs two trump entries in his partner's hand. The only way this can be accomplished is to finesse the ten of spades.

The general rule says, "Never finesse with 10 trumps.' But that is your only chance to make the hand.

Luckily for declarer, the spade ten held, so a small heart was ruffed with tho five of spades. Another trump was played, dummy winning with the ace of spades. Another heart was ruffed with the eight of spades.
