Mr. Henry Morgenthau, Secretary of the Treasury, to-day announced that the conversations with the Mexican officials in connection with the silver situation were concluded. He added that they were mutually satisfactory, but refused to comment further.

At the same time, Mr. Morgenthan stated' that there will be no announcement to-night regarding a possible increase in the Treasury's silver price.

The official souvenir · programme of the Silver, Jubilee shows that seven separate processions will leave various points for the Thanksgiving services at St. Paul's Cathedral on Monday, May 6. Their Majesties' procession will consist of six carriages, attended by the Sovereign's escort of Life Guards. The King and Queen will occupy the first carriage and Prince Arthur of Connaught and the Earl of Athlone, Governor of Windsor Castle, the second.
