At the thirteenth annual general meeting of the Hongkong En- gineering & Construction Co.. Ltd., helt at noon to-day, at the offices of Mesars. Lowe, Bingham & Matthews the Chairman (the Hon. Mr. J. P. Braga) stated with regard to the development of the Company's property at Kowloon Inland Lot 2657, that work ha sufficiently advanced to enable large portion of the area to be built on before the end of the year.
