Krave social question by Mr. Douglas Gordon, chairman of the licensing justices for St. James's Division, at the general annual; licensing meeting of the justices at the Vestry Hall, Dean Street. It was reported by the clerk to the justices that during the past year there had been no convictions of or complaints against licence holders in the division.
