A cold douche was poured on political scaremongers to-day by the Lord President of the Council, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, when he ad- dressed a mass meeting at Chelsea: Mr. Baldwin. declared: "The Government is not breaking up. There is not going to be a general election for a long time yet."
