Flemington, Jan. 30.
A surprise witness has come forward to strengthen the alibi of Bruno Hauptmann, charged with the kid- napping of the Lindbergh baby and with the child's murder. He maintains that he saw Hauptmann, on the night the kidnapping occurred, at the bakery in the Bronx, New York, where Mrs. Hauptmann was employ ed; and under cross-examination he was not shaken.
