The complainant, Lo Man, stated that defendant came into the shop, when It was crowded with customers and stole the task. A chase com- mented and, on being caught, the defendant threw the Bask on the ground and it broke.

The defendant on being convicted and sentenced to four weeks' hard labour, refused to come down, from the dock, and insisted that he had intended to bay the thermor, and that the complainant threw the Bask at him (defendant), in the course of, a quarrel.
