ANGLO-GERMAN TRADE PACT
DIFFICULTIES BEING REMOVED
London, Dec. 11. Asked in the Commons if the Anglo-German Trade Agreement was working satisfactorily, and if he was aware that exporters were finding it difficult to do trade with Germany, owing to the diflculty on ,the part of somo German importers of obtaining import certineates, Colonel Colville, Secretary of the Overseas Trade Department, said it was the case that difficulties of the character referred to were ex- perienced in connection with the early working of the agreement.
These points, however, had been taken up, as they arose, with the Gorman authorities by the British Embassy at Berlin, and he under- Lood that the arrangements were working on the whole satisfactorily.
