H. Nishimura, member of the 1934 Japanese Davis Cup team, lost his national singles title recently, when he was beaten in the final of the Japanese Championship by Jiro Yamagishi, an- other member of the Davis Cup team last
summer.
Yamagishi, who thrilled Hongkong crowds with bas whiriwing hitting a few months ago clinched the title with sur prising case, beating Nishimura
