The Committee of the Royal Ilong- kong Yacht Club with regret have deckled, In view of the reclamation work in progress, not to hold the usual "Opening Cruise" this year, but propone In Heu of a "Membors' Day" to be held to-morrow and arrangementa are being made for the following Programine:
