Hla Excellency the Governor will lay a wreath, followed by the General Officer Commanding, the Senior Naval Officer, the Senior Air Force Officer, the Royal Merchant Nas representatives, a representative of the Chinese community, a repre- sentative of the Consular body, and representatives of foreign Navies and Armies should they so destra. After the departure of Their Excellencies the Governor and the G. O.. C. and officials, wreaths may be laid by private individuals.

In connection with the ceremony, special accommodation for three hundred persons is being reserved to the north of the Law Courte. Application for tickets should be made before November S. to the
