Mr. D'Obry appeared for his non before Mr. D. M. MacDougall, at the Distrlet Office South, this morning, on charges of driving car No. 1006 on September 30 in n manner dangerous to the public, and falling to report a collision which took plhed the same day on the Caatle Peak Rond. He pleaded; guilty and was fined $16 on the charge of dangerous driving and 2 Tor falling to report the accident.

In giving an outline of the case, said that on the evening of September 30, Mr.) Jeffreys, of the Hongkong Tele phone Co., was driving private cur No. T246, owned by the Far East Motors, from Castle Peak in the direction of Kowloon. The driver sounded his horn. Whilst the two cars were in this position, private car No. 249, driven by Mr. H. M.
