GERMAN CO-INVENTOR AIDS SECRET TEST
(SPECIAL TO “TELEGRAPH") (By Telegraph.. Copunght Telegraphic Messager Ordinance, 180. Received, Oct. 4; 11.57 8.m.)
Paris, Oct. 3. French army officers, engineers, specialists of all sorts, gathered in secrecy on Wednesday while government representatives tested a so- called ray-gun which stuns without killing.
It is now announced that the tests were entirely successful, and that France now possesses a weapon which, when it is developed, will make her proof against air attacks from any other power. It will probably be enough to stem the advance of an army, for the poten- tial power of the weapon would appear to be limitless. This marvellous Kun was in-
