Washington, Sept. 23. The United Textile Workers' Union has ordered all strikers to return to work on Monday.

The strike leader, Mr. Gorman, and Mr. William Green, President of the American Federation of Labour, to-day Jointly saded a statement in which they declare:

"We have gained every sub- stantial thing we can gain from this strike, which has torn apart the whole unjust structure of the N.R.A., thus ifting a lead from the shoulders of all labour, as! well as from ourselves."
