amatour photographers.

2. The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in each Section. Each entry müst bo, accompanied by the form below.

3.The right to publish any or all of the entries

in the Telegraph is reserved.

4-Photographs, which have been already entered

in local competitions are ineligible.
