Mr. J. Barrow, Assistant Su- perintendent of the Imports and Exports Department, said the vessel arrived in the Colony on May 14, and a now return was made on May 18. On June 25 the Company appiled for a transhipment order- for two cases, eight barrels and ten demijohns of wine. The usual query was sent asking why they had not originally made an import statement, and a supplementary import statement covering the wine was accordingly sent by the Com- pany. On July 6, however, the master sent in another application
