Coroner On "Conspiracy of| Silence".
AN OPEN VERDICT
Saying that the police were un against a blank wall and that there deemed to have been a conspiracy of allence in regard to the cir cumstances that brought about a man's death, Mr. Ingleby Oddle, at Westminster, recorded an open verdict respecting Privato Arthur Paso, R.A.M.C., aged 28, who died In Millbank Military Hospital from hæmorrhage and fractured skull after, it was alleged, ho had been struck in the street in Bayswater on Sunday, June 3.
