The following Rules will govern the Competition - 1.-Tlie Competition is confined exclusively to

amateur photographers.

2-The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors

sending in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in ench Section. Ench entry must be accompanied by the form below. 3.-The right to publish any or all of the entries.

In the Telegraph is reserved. 4.Photographs which have been already entered

in local competitions are ineligible. 5.At the conclusion of the Competition, entries: will be returned to competitors on application at this Office within seven days.
