Lo Bol-tong was arraigned on charges of robbery by two or more; possession of n revolver and ten rounds of ammunition, and return- ing front banishment; while Wong Tsing was charged with the posses- sion of a revolver and five rounds of ammunition.
Both prisoners pleaded guilty. Le Hoi-tong was sentenced to ten years' hard labour and Wong Tsing to five years' with hard labour.
Mr. Lockhart Smith: Wong Tsing, I can say now, was involved in the same robbery to which the frst accused pleaded guilty. It was on information received in connection with that robbery that a search was made in Kowloon. A Chinese constable syns sent across to No. 699 Nathan Road and waited outalde. Presently he saw this man and another, who is being dealt with elsewhere, coming to- wards him. The accused WALM carrying a parcel, which, when questioned, he stated, had been given to him.
