Mr. Kú Mong-yu, the Minister- of Railways, arrived here at mid- night by special train from Tangku, where he landed from Shuntion.

The Minister, who is accom-- panied by his family, is proceeding. to the Western Hills for a fort- night's rest, after which he will. return to Nanking-Reuter.
