RESIGNATION

Berlin, June 21, Herr Rudolf Nadolny, one of the most eminent of Germany's diplomatists and Germany's chiof representative at the Disarmament Conference of 1932-33, has resigned from his offee as Ambassador al Moscow. No reason is given for the resignation of Herr Nadolny.

The Foreign Office announces that his resignation and the ap- pointment of Graf Frederic von der Schulenburg, another veteran of the diplomatic corps, do not affect in any way the policy of Germany towards Russin,
