The following Rules will govern the Competition:

1. The Competition is confined exclusively to

amateur photographers.

-The Prizes will be awarded to the competitors sending in what are adjudged to be the best photographs in each Section. Each entry must be accompanied by the form; below. 3-The right to publish any or all of the entries

in the Telegraph is reserved. 4.Photographs which have been already entered

in local competitions are ineligible. 5.At the conclusion of the Competition, entries will be returned to competitors on application at this Offico within seven days.

G.No responsibility will be accepted for non-

delivery, loss or damage. 7.-Photographs which must not be less than 34" (exropting in the Children's Section) should be printed in black and white, with the entry form lightly posted on the jack.
