The General Agents and Con- sulting Committee of the Canton Insuranct Occ, Ltd., report for the past year as follows:
1932 Account-After payment of an interim dividend of $18 per share (on the old shares) on 25th May, 1933, this Account shows it surplus of $1,005,284.00, and it is recommended that this aum be appropriated as follows: To gay a inai dividend of 87.40 per share, $870,000; to pay an "Exchange" Bonus of $1 por shure, $50,000;
to add to Relusurance Fund, $239,961.25; to add to Underwrit ing Suspense Account to close the your 1932, $345,323.74. Note. The General Agents and Consulting Committee wish it to bo under stood that the continuance or otherwise of the above Bonus, in the whole or in part, will depend entirely on Exchango,
1933 Account. The amount standing at credit of this Account is $1,749,174.96. Out of this sum It is further recommended that an interim dividend of $3.00 per share be paid, absorbing $180.- 000,00, the balance of $1,569,174.06 being carried forward.
