ANOTHER PROSECUTION FAILS

Another prosecution by the police with regard to the alleged bringing in of dogs from the New Territories was dismissed by the Kowloon Magistrato (Mr. E. L Wynne-Jones) this morning.

A lorry driver, Soon Chan-lin, was summoned for bringing a dog into Kowloon from the Territories without a certificate from the Colonial Veterinary Surgeon.
