Paris, May 3 The Parliamentary Inquiry Commission charged with study- Ing the part played by parlin- montarlans, functionaries of the polloe and courts and bthgr omelal interferences In the Staviaky anancial scandal, which shock Franco early this year to the stage of strect rlota, neared the end of its work to-day.

By 29 voten to three the Com- mission adopted a resolution drawn up by a sub-committoo which inquired into the causes of the 19 adjournments of the Stavlsky cane.

The resolution declares that M. Prossard, the. Public Prosecutor who has since been suspended from offed, did nothing dishon- ourable, but in his capacity s Public Prosecutor must bear the responsibility for the adjourn menta which enabled Stavisky to estane justice for six years;

At the same time, the Commis slon did not consider it necessary to express any opinion with re gard to any measures to be taken against M. Presaard, since he had already been retired from office.
