Christian The establishment of n Muson to Chinese Seamen, or similar no to the existing Mission

for European Seamen, has often been suggested in Hongkong.

Now, through the initiativo of several members of the Chinese com- munity, headed by Mr. B. J. Tan, the scheme has become a reality.

Mr. Tan recently returned from England, has offered his services for the work among the seamen, and “a meeting was held on Saturday after- noon to consider the scheme.
